Weekend Public Classes 2025
Saturday
9:00AM Vinyasa
This class is taught for all levels. Vinyasa is a faster paced class but this doesn’t mean it’s too challenging for beginners. It is a full head to toe energizing flow of movements, linked together by breath, followed by a restful state of meditation in Savasana.
Sunday
9:00AM Yin
Yin is slow and passive. Yin yoga poses held for 1-6 minutes while the body is still cool and we are aware of our natural breathing. Focus here is on large muscles groups of the body such as shoulders and hips for releasing in the physical as well as subtle body.
This is a quiet, meditative class, ending in Savasana.
Beginners are always welcome and instructors will teach to suit all levels. Everyone was a beginner once!
Mats available to borrow for FREE.
YOU CAN DO THIS.
*To book class, please specify SATURDAY or SUNDAY booking and your name. New students please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to class start time to register.
Parking is available in the big lot. Entrance to the studio is on the east side/left of the parking lot.
Studio is located on the second floor.
